Morality and Ethics

Morality is a distinct disadvantage in the world of business and politics. No one acquires wealth or power without a substantial amount of lying, cheating, and stealing. 

In a society where greed is almost always the prime motivating factor of any endeavor, ethics are a handicap. It's far easier to win the game if you have no personal prohibitions against breaking the rules.
