Tone it down

When you foam at the mouth when you speak don't be surprised if no one believes what you're saying. If you want to be taken seriously don't immediately buy into every story, rumor, or theory that supports your natural inclinations or enthusiasms.

Always demand a high standard of credible, verifiable evidence for your beliefs. And never use conjecture, innuendo, or sweet sounding rhetoric to argue for that which is unlikely at best. The only people who like conspiracy nuts are other conspiracy nuts. Save yourself the indignity of joining their ranks. Tone it down.
